Original prompt: Princess Serena of Badenstein intends to flee—from her violent father and from the man to whom she's been pledged in a political marriage of convenience. Karl von Lohenberg is without a country, a title—and a bride if he lets Serena get away. A ruthless man, he takes her to a secluded island, hell-bent on seduction. Only, he discovers a broken woman behind the prim princess facade. The time they spend together mends her spirit and touches his soul, but how will she react when she finds out how he's deceived her?
Summary: Prince Jensen Ackles is fleeing his home solar system when he's captured by the one man he wants most to avoid. He doesn’t trust Prince Padalecki's sympathetic looks and kind words, and he soon finds out that he was right not to. But actions speak louder than words, and Jensen has to decide whether he can trust his life—and his heart—to the man he's been afraid of for so long.
Jared has been contracted to wed Prince Ackles for years. On his way to the Gamma Orion system to persuade Ackles to move up the timetable after an unfortunate incident back home, he encounters Jensen on his own and revises his tactics to seduction. When he discovers Jensen's shocking secret, he's forced to change his plans once again, this time to honesty, even if it means giving up Jensen altogether.
